Should you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, kindly reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will furnish you with instructions on the return process and will promptly dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund, covering any relevant shipping costs.
Return or Exchange Eligibility:
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Requests for return or exchange must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is mandatory for all returns or exchanges.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will conduct an inspection to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If deemed eligible, we will proceed with the refund to the original payment method or dispatch the replacement item, as per your preference.
